Refund Policy

For the Priority package we offer a guaranteed 50% refund. If we are unable to resolve the situation with you, we will refund you 50% of the total cost. The refund relates to emergency aid. If the problem is resolved either by us or by you, we cannot offer a refund.

Why is 50% refunded and not 100%?

Because we do extensive work to help you by assigning you one of our dedicated support staff, we have costs that we must cover even if we cannot help you. We have hardware costs, software costs and labor costs that need to be covered so we can continue to help new and old customers.
